We really pushed the limits of the bylaw to get these 3-storey Richmond Singles approved under the contextual rules, but we got them through, and construction is now well underway.

Stephen Barnecut, one of the two partners at Inertia Corporation, has accepted a position as Director of Product Development at Jayman Homes. His last day at Inertia will be Tuesday, November 30th.
